Acting for TH Real Estate BC Retail has successfully secured a deal to let these prime shop premises to Accessorize.  443 Strand forms part of the Coutts building and extends to approximately 1,500 sq ft over ground and basement.  A new 10 year lease was agreed at a rent of £235,000 pax.

Richmond 38/39 The Quadrant

Acting for Flight Centre BC Retail have secured a deal to up size Flight Centre’s presence on The Quadrant in Richmond.  Flight Centre had successfully traded from 38 The Quadrant for 5 years and has now doubled up to take in the adjacent premises previously occupied by EE.  A new 10 year lease at a rent of £170,000 per annum exclusive was secured on 38/39 The Quadrant.

151 Earls Court Road

Acting for a private investor BC Retail have successfully let 151 Earls Court Road which consists of a ground floor and basement restaurant premises on a new 15 year lease.  Substantial interested was generated and ultimately a deal was secured to let the premises to pizza chain Franco Manca at a rent of £90,000 per annum exclusive.

Ely: 3 Market Place & Unit L The Cloisters Shopping Centre

BC Retail, acting for Buccleuch Property, has recently concluded a letting of 3 Market Place in Ely to fashion retailer White Stuff.  These retail premises form part of The Cloisters Shopping Centre which is anchored by Waitrose and a 300 space car park.

3 Market Place extends to approx. 4,100 sq ft which are arranged over ground and first floor was let on a 10 year lease at a commencing rental of £52,500 per annum exclusive.  This opening will be White Stuffs 100th shop opening and will feature the retailer’s full range of clothing, footwear, accessories and homewares. Further to this the shop’s fixtures and fittings are to include original vintage wallpapers along with locally sourced antique furniture.

Starbucks have also taken a new lease on Unit L in the Cloisters in January 2016.  The coffee retailer has taken a 10 year lease on Unit L which has formerly been occupied by Carringtons Café.

The above lettings will see The Cloisters once again return to being fully let.

2 The Quadrant: Richmond

Acting on behalf of a private investor, BC retail has let 2 The Quadrant in Richmond to the women’s active wear retailer Sweaty Betty who are relocating from their current premises in Richmond. A 10 year lease was secured at a rent of £105,000 per annum exclusive.
