Acting on behalf of the Fleet Street Press, BC Retail have successfully acquired 81 Chancery Lane within the new Chichester Rents development on a new 10 year lease at rent of £37,500 with 12 months rent free. BC Retail continue to search for suitable opportunities for Fleet Street Press in London.

48-51 Bow Lane

Acting on behalf of Pret, BC Retail have successfully acquired 49-51 Bow Lane as an up size from their existing store. The new site totals 8,500 sq ft and was secured on a new 15 year lease at a rent of £250,000 pax. As part of the deal BC also agreed the surrender of the existing store which the Landlord, CBREi, hope to re-let to a menswear fashion operator.

48 Oxford Street

Acting on behalf of Oriana, BC Retail have let 2,082 sq ft of space at 48 Oxford Street to Kiko Milano for their flagship store at a rent of £525,000 per annum exclusive. This will be their first Oxford Street store.
