Acting on behalf of Derwent, BC Retail recently let 53/54 Rathbone Place on a new 10 year lease to Park Cameras. The deal was structured on a stepped rent commencing at £100,000 pax.
Acting on behalf Henderson BC Retail recently let 3 Cutler Street on a new 10 year lease to Abokado at a commencing rent of £42,500 pax.
Acting on behalf of the Landlord BC Retail recently let 2 The Green in Ealing to the Mary Portas concept ‘Mary’s Living & Giving’ supporting the Save the Children Charity. They signed a new 10 year lease at a commencing rental of £35,000 pax.
Acting on behalf of Oriana (Frogmore & Land Securities Jv) BC Retail have let 12 Oxford Street to Boost Juice Bar at a rent of £145,000 pax.
The BC Retail team will be raising money in the fight against Prostate Cancer this November in partnership with the Dallaglio Foundation. Those able will be ATTEMPTING to grow moustaches and there will be a variety of goodies given/raffled away to those kind enough to support this worthwile charity. The highest donation will be presented with an England Rugby shirt signed by Lawrence Dallaglio, whilst every donation will secure a ticket for the raffle of some of his signed autobiographies.
What Will Your Donations Pay for?
‘The prostate cancer initiative for ICGC is all about generating invaluable data that will power the search for new ways to tackle prostate cancer. Much of the funding pays for the high-tech genetic sequencing of tumour samples, mapping and homing in on the faults that drive prostate cancer. The next step is analysing the data to find vital clues – serious number-crunching relying on the expertise of world-leading scientists and the power of the latest computing technology.’
