Oxford Street – Primark

Acting on behalf of Oriana (Frogmore & Land Securities Jv) BC Retail have let a further 40,910 sq ft to Primark increasing the total size of their store to 189,760 sq ft. The additional space forms part of the Phase II development due to reach practical completion in Q1 16 and located opposite the new Crossrail terminal at Tottenham Court Road due to open in 2018.

Oxford Street – Schuh

Acting on behalf of Oriana (Frogmore and Land Securities Jv), BC Retail have let 11,500 sq ft to Schuh who will pay a rent of £1.36 million on completion which is expected in Q1 2016. The unit forms part of Phase II of the Oriana Development which is anchored by Primark.

BC Retail recently secured a new 10 year lease for the Landlord Breanstar with the tenant Harold Moore Records. The lease renewal was agreed at £51,000 per annum.

251 Pentonville Road – A3 Letting

Acting on behalf of Altas, BC Retail have recently agreed the letting of 251 Pentonville Road to Honest Burger who will be opening their fourth site in the coming months. The deal was agreed at a commencing rental of £70,000 per annum on a 15 year lease. Nick Furlong acted on behalf of the Landlord.

Flight Centre – 83 Briggate, Leeds

BC Retail have recently acquired 83 Briggate, Leeds, on behalf of Flight Centre securing a new 10 year lease with a tenant only break at the fifth year and a 12 month rent free period.
