Acting on behalf of a private Landlord, BC Retail successfully let 43 Oxford Street to Whittard of Chelsea who relocated from the Oriana development opposite. The tenant has taken a new 10 year lease at a rental of £195,000 per annum.

Acting on behalf of a private investor, BC Retail has acquired 155 Bromley High Street, London, BR1. The property is let to Office Shoes currently trading as Offspring (http://www.offspring.co.uk/) at a rent of £68,000 per annum. The purchase price was £908,000, reflecting a net initial yield of 7.08%.

76 Cannon Street – Hawes & Curtis

BC Retail recently negotiated the re-gear of the lease on 76 Cannon Street on behalf of F & C Reit with the retailer Hawes and Curtis. Agreeing to a new 5 year lease the retailer will be paying £82,500 per annum exclusive. This follows on from work in the vicinity where we successfully acquired 60 Cannon Street on behalf of Benugo, securing a 10 year lease with the benefit of
a 6 month rent free period.
